Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned (postmarked) within 10 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to handle return shipping cost- we do not offer free returns.
The following rules apply:
- Returned merchandise should be unworn, undamaged, with original tags
- Jewelry, swimwear & bodysuits are FINAL SALE
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale or discounted merchandise is FINAL SALE
Sale Merchandise includes sale tab & promotional sales with a discount value of 20% or higher [ex. deal of the week, flash sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales]
Items purchased by first-time customers using the 10% new customer discount are eligible for return only if the items purchased were regular priced items (sale items are still final sale)
We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.If an item is shipped back that doesn't meet the requirements, the package will be returned to sender and there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund payment.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing your return. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) and we will ship the new size or color once received.

Like all other merchandise, items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags still attached in order to be eligible for a return. A return request must be emailed to us within 7 days of receipt.
